Pama crafts team provides domestic and international shipment services for all our High-quality hand crafted products. We are happy to provide FREE shipping for order's' over £199 (To UK customers).

The standard cost of shipping includes the PACKAGING is £6 for the first item and £5 for each extra item. Should you require a special shipping service, for large shipment, please contact us directly and we will be happy to accommodate your requests.

Customer Notice: we aim to make any exchanges within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

We will deduct the cost of post and packaging (outwards and, if relevant, inwards) from the refund amount if you return the product due to personal preference, as opposed to some defect with the item.
